The steps to restore your subscription depend on where your purchase was originally made.
Tattoo AI subscriptions can be purchased either through mobile platforms (App Store or Google Play Store) or directly through the web version of the app. Because of this, the restore process may vary depending on your purchase method.
If you subscribed through the App Store or the Play Store
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can restore your purchase directly from the app without needing to log in with an email address.
To restore your purchase:
Open the Tattoo AI app
Go to the Profile section
Tap the Gear icon
Tap Restore Purchase
The app will automatically check for active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID or Google account and restore your Premium access.
Please make sure:
You are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase
Your subscription is still active
You have a stable internet connection
If you subscribed through the web version
If your subscription was purchased through the Tattoo AI mobile website, you will need to sign in using the email address associated with your purchase.
After subscribing, your login credentials are automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.
To access your Premium account:
Open the Tattoo AI app
Go to the Profile section from the bottom right corner
Tap the Gear icon
Tap the Sign In button
Enter the email address and password sent to your inbox
Please make sure you sign in using the same email address, Apple ID, or Google account that was originally used to purchase your subscription.
If you received an email from Tattoo AI containing login credentials, such as an email address and password, this usually means your subscription was started through the web version of the app. In this case, you should sign in using those credentials instead of using the “Restore Purchase” option.
Sometimes, subscription emails may end up in your Spam or Junk folder, so please make sure to check those folders as well.
